Mine started long before Sax Snax, with flour-dusted countertops, handwritten recipes, and a love for baking that began in childhood. The kitchen was always more than a place to make something sweet; it was where memories were made, traditions were shared, and simple moments became something special.

Years later, when life shifted in an unexpected direction, so did my perspective. What began as a lifelong passion found new purpose thanks to one very important person—my son.

With more confidence in me than I had in myself, he created a menu, encouraged me to take the leap, and reminded me that sometimes the people who know us best also see possibilities we can't yet see.

Sax Snax was born from that encouragement.
